Free shipping is available on any order over $100 for US orders (lower 48 states only). The discount is automatically applied and no code is needed at checkout!
Our Buy 4 Get 1 Free promo is always running and no code is needed at checkout. Every 5th item added to your cart will be free. For example: If you are purchasing 5 items, 1 will be free, if you purchase 10 items, 2 will be free! The free item will be the cheapest product in your cart. Free shipping will still apply if the order is over $100 (US orders), and you can also still apply your 10% off coupon as well for extra savings!
Diode lasers are much different than C02 lasers as they are not able to cut some acrylics such as clears, blues and clear core glitters. However if the acrylic has a solid color core (for example our matte colors) then you should have no problems!
We do accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first contact us within 7 days of receiving the item(s) to alert us of the damage. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item. You can use our card stock in cutting machines (cricut, silhouette, etc), as well as in die cutters and paper punches, and even your laser! Cut settings will depend on which device you are using, but we can help you navigate if needed!
Local pickup is an available option at checkout. When your order is ready you will receive an email with the pickup address in Delray Beach, FL. Pickup is available Monday through Friday 9am-5pm.
